Application range:

The high temperature well type furnace is a national standard energy-saving cycle operation type resistance furnace with high temperature of 1200 ° C and working temperature of 1200 ° C. It is mainly used for alloy steel, high speed steel, high manganese steel, high chromium steel, shaft, pipe and other metal materials. The mechanical parts are subjected to heat treatment such as normalizing, annealing, quenching, etc. in a general atmosphere or simple protection. The high-temperature well furnace has a power of 15-4900kw; the furnace diameter is mm300mm-¢11m, and the depth can reach 48m.


The structure of the high temperature well type furnace is made up of a cylindrical furnace body made of steel plate and section steel, all of which are sealed and welded. The furnace lining is made of ultra-lightweight 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving vacuum ball refractory insulation brick. The furnace lining and the furnace shell are sandwiched with acid aluminum fiber felt to keep warm, and the gap is filled with expansion and heat preservation powder. The resistance wire is spirally mounted on the wire brick of the furnace by using a 0cr27al7mo2 high resistance alloy wire. The lid is manually or electrically lifted. If the user proposes that the atmosphere protection is required to reduce the oxidation of the workpiece, a stainless steel three-head oil injector can be installed on the furnace cover, and methanol or kerosene is dropped to create a simple protective atmosphere. A nitrogen gas inlet pipe is installed in the lower part of the furnace. Nitrogen protects or disperses flammable gases to prevent explosions. In order to ensure the safety of operation, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the high temperature well type resistance furnace control cabinet, and the power is turned on when the furnace cover is closed. When the furnace cover is opened, the limit switch cuts off the control power, so the power of the heating element is cut off at the same time to ensure safe operation. The high temperature well type resistance furnace is equipped with automatic temperature control cabinet and thermocouple.
